Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, develop appropriate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are customized to meet the needs of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and decision-making processes to protect client safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
