Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse client scenarios.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, dynamically adapting techniques to best support client progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure all-encompassing care for every client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic options, while also advocating for their rights within the healthcare system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
