Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Create comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each client, ensuring alignment with best therapeutic practices.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through teletherapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, enabling clients to navigate through acute mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and care quality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current on the latest mental health research, interventions, and compliance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on adult clients experiencing a diverse array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
