Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health and addiction treatment needs in both individual and group settings.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapies, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

Qualifications\n
