Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health conditions and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, providing essential tools and strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment.

• Document client progress and treatment responses accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions and clinical practices.

• Skillfully manage crisis situations by employing effective intervention techniques while remaining calm and collected.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case management and share insights that contribute to collective knowledge and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your flexibility in addressing the unique needs of each individual and adaption to different therapeutic styles will be vital to their recovery process. Cultural competence is essential as you will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, incorporating their perspectives into the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse mental health issues.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and contemporary, evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
