Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing both standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to unique client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing interactive techniques to engage clients actively and promote therapeutic growth.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation in client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
