Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, history, and specific challenges.

• Schedule and lead regular therapy sessions, providing necessary tools and coping strategies for clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Monitor and document client progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, for medication management or specialized services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
