Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentoring to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to enhance their counseling skills.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, through evidence-based methodologies tailored to their specific needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to develop integrated treatment plans that promote comprehensive care for our clients.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing current best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records compliance as per state regulations and facility policies to ensure high standards of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sacred Health and Wellness, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds. Our patient population includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the depth of expertise and commitment to our mission.
