This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct sessions and engage with clients from anywhere within Washington State. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring their unique backgrounds and experiences are understood and respected.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and growth.

• Complete comprehensive documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines to ensure efficiency.

• Develop various treatment plans, including crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support client recovery and stability.

• Create personalized discharge plans to guide clients as they transition from therapy to self-management.
\n
• Maintain adherence to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and uphold professional standards.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, case consultations, and agency meetings to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.

• Complete all necessary ongoing licensure and mandatory training as dictated by state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or working with diverse populations is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
