Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Promote effective communication within the team and with clients, upholding the agency's mission and values.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to enhance your expertise in mental health counseling.

• Support the Clinic Director in carrying out additional duties as required for the effective operation of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

• State Licensure as an Independent LMHC is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
