Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, fostering community and shared experiences among participants dealing with similar challenges.

• Craft personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and periodic evaluations to track client progress and adapt interventions as necessary.

• Act as a reliable resource in crisis situations, offering immediate support and coordinating interventions to ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current license as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
