Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, that aid clients in managing stress, achieving relaxation, and enhancing emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the specific stressors and mental health goals of each client, developing tailored mindfulness and therapeutic strategies.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises such as meditation, breathing techniques, and guided imagery to promote self-awareness and emotional balance during therapy sessions.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices targeting stress management and resilience-building, fostering community support among participants.

• Utilize therapeutic methods adeptly, incorporating mindfulness into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma), thereby enhancing overall therapeutic effectiveness.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with clients experiencing stress-related challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
