Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to share and explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional, including but not limited to: \n

• No limitations or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature, critical for establishing trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong proficiency with technology and digital tools, enhancing the counseling experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. You will receive unlimited referrals, allowing you to maintain a consistent client load without the burdens of self-promotion.
