Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, including history taking and symptom evaluation.

• Create and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions that meet accessibility needs and maintain a high standard of care.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training workshops and certification courses, to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing clear interaction with clients and team members.

• A demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, client-centered care with a non-judgmental approach.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all clients receive timely and appropriate treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy tools is a plus. Counselors with prior experience in trauma-informed care, crisis management, or working with diverse populations are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
