Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health statuses through virtual consultations, including detailed patient histories and current psychosocial factors.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

You will work with a diverse clientele who may encounter various challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
