Key Responsibilities\n

At Privia, you will engage with a variety of clients who are prescreened and stable, with low acuity presenting mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent license issued by the state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and implement effective treatment strategies based on clinical knowledge and experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for clients’ needs and backgrounds.

• Strong computer and technology skills, as proficiency in telehealth platforms is essential for success in this role.
