Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging, empathetic remote therapy sessions for individuals through secure online platforms, employing best practices in telehealth to foster rapport and trust.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with clients’ specific mental health goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Continuously assess client progress during sessions, making timely adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse group of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. As a mental health therapist at Bright Health, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, emphasizing personalized care and therapeutic engagement. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in providing mental health services, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrable experience delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, ideally in a remote capacity.

• Proficient in using technology for communication and therapeutic delivery, comfortable navigating various telehealth tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Three or more years of experience as a mental health counselor or therapist, particularly in a telehealth or remote environment.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
