Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches to foster client growth.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Engage actively in teletherapy, employing effective communication strategies to build rapport and trust, particularly with clients exploring virtual care for the first time.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervised practice, staying current with best practices and emerging therapeutic methodologies.

You will work with clients who may present with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
