Work Environment\n

In this entirely remote role, you will be engaging with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring that therapeutic relationships are built in a comfortable and confidential setting. The virtual nature of this position means you can create your schedule while working within our operational hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There is no on-call requirement, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one video counseling sessions for adults, addressing various mental health challenges

• Facilitate open discussions to help clients articulate their emotional experiences, fostering greater self-awareness

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through evidence-based techniques, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health issues. This demographic includes individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and adjustment issues. You will play a crucial role in helping them develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life and cope more effectively with various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required

• Possession of an independent professional license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy, including knowledge of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
