Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals grappling with mental health challenges that often overlap with medical conditions such as chronic pain, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide compassionate care tailored specifically to these complex needs, working diligently to ensure that each patient feels understood, supported, and empowered to pursue positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
