Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients across diverse locations. Our practice creates a collaborative online work environment, enabling mental health therapists to share insights, resources, and best practices while offering flexibility in work hours. Dedicated to adapting to patient needs, our team works primarily from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on scheduling demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver impactful therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to provide community resources, discuss coping strategies, and foster peer support among patients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and fellow clinicians to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, focusing on holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with immediate support and resources during emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base encompasses individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Through a trauma-informed lens, you will work with patients from various backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies for diverse patient populations.
