Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy methods to provide individual, group, and family sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish an initial discharge plan that addresses their therapeutic goals and any additional services required.

• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions in accordance with both facility and professional standards, ensuring timely revisions as necessary.

• Manage and maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring quality care and timely follow-ups for all patients.

• Participate in regular treatment team meetings, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to enhance patient care.

• Demonstrate empathetic support, proactively addressing client concerns and complaints to maintain a positive therapeutic environment.

• Prioritize patient safety and confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned that align with the overall operational goals of Sharpman Counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Eligible candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure for therapy provision according to Arizona state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
