Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, building rapport and fostering trust through attentive communication and mutual respect.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans and therapy approaches.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with each client, catering to their individual goals and needs.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment modifications, to ensure continuity of care.

• Undertake thorough intake assessments to establish a clear understanding of clients’ mental health status and history.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth, providing essential mental health support to adolescents and their families. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a mental health-related field, validating your expertise in psychological practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Capacity to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical services.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
