Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and discuss future appointments, including the development of discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address client-specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and updates, in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with an outpatient population, offering support to adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will help clients navigate their concerns, using evidence-based methods to encourage healing and resilience. Your expertise will be critical in creating safe spaces where clients can openly discuss their issues, empowering them to achieve their personal growth goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required for candidacy.

• Current, unrestricted, and independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and email applications (Outlook, Pimsy); comfort with telehealth technology is critical in a remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
