Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, plan for future appointments, and discuss appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans to align with clients' unique needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including comprehensive progress notes and relevant assessments for each client.

• Perform intake assessments to understand clients’ histories and current mental health statuses.

• Hold weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision to support your professional growth and adherence to ethical practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide engaged, interdisciplinary care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a varied patient population, encompassing individuals across different age groups and backgrounds. Patients may present with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. The ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to fit the specific needs of these clients is crucial to enhancing their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials are essential for this position.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and electronic records management systems like RMS or PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service compensation model that ensures clinicians are paid promptly. Additional benefits include:
