Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs, including the use of standardized assessment tools and individual interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic interventions to address various mental health issues and promote emotional resilience.

• Facilitate virtual sessions for individuals and families, offering guidance, support, and resources that empower clients to make informed decisions about their mental health.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, sharing insights and progress as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will span a range of demographics and backgrounds, with a primary focus on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that foster resilience, emotional regulation, and holistic well-being, recognizing the importance of cultural competence in delivering effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of proven experience providing mental health counseling or therapy, particularly with diverse populations.

• Strong clinical assessment capabilities combined with excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
