Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate the mental health needs of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that align with best practices and client needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient assessments, outlining clear therapeutic goals and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents, catering to a diverse range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your approach will involve building a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust and open dialogue, essential for effective intervention and support. Understanding the unique dynamics of working with younger clients and their families will be key to developing effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we prefer candidates with three or more years working directly with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed approaches is highly valued. Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy is also a plus, as it can enhance client engagement in a remote setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
