Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care, engaging with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
