Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to design personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in all practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care, facilitating referrals and coordinating treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving underprivileged individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is required.
