Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to clearly understand clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Provide couples and family therapy to address relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve family conflicts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate interventions.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients confronting immediate mental health crises, ensuring they receive prompt and effective assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources that can support their journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Gateway Psychotherapy Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, with compensation paid ahead of collections—meaning no wait for reimbursement. We also provide potential bonus opportunities based on performance.
