Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will create and lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients can share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate their journeys toward healing in a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
