Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trust and security.
\n
• Conduct regular sessions to assess clients’ progress, ensuring they are equipped for upcoming appointments and guiding them through discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans using a collaborative approach, tailoring interventions that are responsive to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, adhering to best practices in clinical record-keeping.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the mental health needs and goals of new clients.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions aimed at supporting clients' mental health journeys and helping them navigate personal challenges.

• Engage in individual supervision and peer collaboration to foster professional development and ensure high-quality service delivery.
\n
• Work with a variety of healthcare providers to create an integrated support system for clients, maximizing treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are aimed at a wide range of clients, from children to adults, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. As an LPC, you will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges through empathetic counseling and evidence-based therapeutic practices designed to empower them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency in using technology related to documentation and communication, including spreadsheet management (Excel), RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on assessments.
\n

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a fee-for-service model, we provide guaranteed pay rates, allowing for financial stability, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include:
