Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take on a variety of important tasks that directly impact the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and meaningful group sessions that allow clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing coping strategies that promote emotional health.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Use various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces a range of mental health challenges, and your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them towards recovery and improved quality of life. By understanding each client's unique background and experiences, you will be able to foster an environment where healing can take place and lasting changes can occur.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
