Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health statuses, addressing both immediate and long-term therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, or behavioral disorders.

• Provide daily therapy and counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions to foster a supportive community environment.

• Document and maintain detailed client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with external resources and community programs to enhance client support and engagement.

• Provide guidance and supervision for therapeutic activities to support client engagement and recovery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at San Antonio Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges, including substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

San Antonio Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires, reinforcing our commitment to attracting top talent.
