Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individual caseload of clients by establishing trust, rapport, and ongoing therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, plan upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment objectives, and clinical assessments for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant background information and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions weekly, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices, receive feedback, and enhance professional skill sets.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a wide array of clients, including adults, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid, unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient computer skills are essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experienced in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
