Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for each client.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring that all treatment methods are evidence-based and geared towards achieving positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EMR software for efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LPC license in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical or outpatient settings.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to the practice of counseling and mental health care.

• Competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
