Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and formulate personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a holistic approach to therapy.

• Stay current with the latest developments in the mental health field by participating in workshops, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania is necessary for this position.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting, is essential.
