Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' psychological needs and develop individualized therapy plans to address their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of client demographics, including individuals, families, and couples, ensuring all practices adhere to ethical standards.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to best fit each client.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions focused on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals and families with diverse backgrounds and mental health challenges, many of whom experience barriers to accessing care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
