Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, tailored to meet diverse needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy—to address specific client concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing established electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training programs to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health interventions and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will involve working with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000, plus potential bonuses based on performance.
