Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy strategies for each client, addressing their unique needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heritage Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, families, and couples facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
