While the position is primarily remote, counselors have access to our outpatient facilities in Kinsale, providing a hub for necessary in-person interactions with clients when required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the clients’ mental and emotional health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each plan is personalized to address specific needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to respond effectively to client concerns in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic care that integrates multiple perspectives for optimum patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that meet ethical standards and comply with legal requirements, including timely documentation of all sessions and interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
