Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions to effectively address a range of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care and align treatment plans with the respective goals of the healthcare team.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
