Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments to develop comprehensive, individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for various populations, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your ability to empathize and establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in helping them navigate their unique circumstances and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a focus on direct client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
