Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to construct effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, depending on the client’s preferences.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, in a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
