Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients across various demographics.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for clinical settings.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly with a variety of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
