Key Responsibilities\n

• Schedule initial client sessions to explore individual goals, preferences, and available treatment options, ensuring a personalized approach to rehabilitation.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that take into account clients’ educational backgrounds, strengths, and future aspirations, adjusting these plans as needed throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate intensively with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists to formulate and execute rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive case files that document clients' personal information, treatment progress, and communication, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and professional standards.

• Monitor client progress diligently, employing various assessment tools to ensure objective goals are being met and to determine any necessary modifications to treatment strategies.

• Engage with clients consistently during their involvement in job training and other life skills programs, addressing any challenges they face in real-time.

• Work alongside clients’ families and support systems to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective strategies for managing challenges.

• Assess client needs promptly and document findings to inform treatment plans and referrals to relevant community resources.

• Offer clinical advice and guidance to clients, connecting them with appropriate support services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
