Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed crisis alerts in coordination with county crisis services to ensure urgent needs are addressed promptly.

• Effectively document and coordinate transitions between hospital and outpatient services, facilitating smooth and supportive client experiences, including post-discharge follow-ups when necessary.

• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention skills as the Clinician of the Day, offering immediate support to individuals in crises.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop personalized safety plans, ensuring that clients’ needs and potential risks are documented and addressed.
\n
• Complete documentation on the same day for clients identified as at-risk, maintaining high standards of care and accountability.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your efforts will contribute to improving their quality of life by enabling them to access the necessary tools and support to achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Strong clinical skills with the capability to build trust and rapport with clients.
\n

• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting, managing high caseload volumes while maintaining quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , dependent on caseload and experience.
