Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailoring individualized therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Hold an active and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in a therapeutic setting.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with a diverse range of clients.
