Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations are conducted.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy, and couple's counseling, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while engaging with our electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing significant mental health challenges and those who have historically had limited access to mental health resources. Your work will be pivotal in addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, as well as supporting clients through major life transitions and stressors.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport across a diverse clientele.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to provide integrated care.
