Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment planning for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group settings, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate electronic clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
